We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information on this website, to which we reserve the right to bring any content modifications, at any time and without notice. However, we cannot guarantee the exhaustiveness of the information available on this site. Consequently, we decline any responsibility regarding: - inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the Site; - of all damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion of a third party having involved a modification of the information available on the Site; - and more generally  all damage, direct or indirect, no matter the cause, origin, nature or consequence, caused by the intrusion of a third party to the Site, the impossibility to reach it ,the use of the Site or the credence given to the information directly or indirectly emanating from it.

 

The present terms and conditions are systematically available to every Buyer willing to make a purchase from the present Site and exclusively govern the sales of products on this Site and exclude any other terms and conditions, notably those in force for phone or mail orders.

Consequently, placing an order induces full and unreserved acceptance of the present terms and conditions and exclude all other documents, notably catalogues, magazines, leaflets issued by the Vendor, which only serve informative purposes.

 

Any contrary term and condition laid down by the Buyer, unless explicitly accepted by the Vendor, will be unopposable to the Vendor whichever the moment it would have been brought to knowledge.

The fact that the Vendor does not at one given moment take explicit advantage of the present terms and conditions cannot be interpreted as their renunciation to the aforementioned term.

 

 

The sale of our products is reserved exclusively for the end consumer, which is any private individual not acting as a vendor and having the legal capacity to contract. As a result, orders from professionals will not be honoured by Dr Pierre Ricaud. In this regard, Dr Pierre Ricaud reserve the right to cancel any order of an unusual character such as an order for quantities that exceed the normal needs of a consumer or an abnormal flow of orders to the same billing and/or shipping address.

Offers and Prices

 

Prices indicated on the Site are presented in pound sterling and inclusive of all tax. Prices exclude shipping or provision costs (see Delivery terms) and are subject to several annual variations, all the more that products are invoiced at the prevailing rate at the time of the purchase. Shipping costs amount to £3.95. Products remain the property of Dr Pierre Ricaud until the full invoice amount has been received by Dr Pierre Ricaud.

Our promotional offers are only valid for the duration of the validity period of the aforesaid offer.

  

Order and Transaction Validation

 

It is important that you specify your telephone number, postal address and email when you place an order. When you validate your order, you declare that you fully and unreservedly accept the order as well as the whole terms and conditions hereby presented. Your order is then passed on to our customer services for processing and you may print your order form.

We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders in the event of a previous litigation regarding a past order.

Once your order has been processed, a detailed order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This acknowledgement of receipt will specify the exact amount invoiced and the terms of delivery.

You acknowledge that our order registration systems serve as proof of the nature and date of the agreement.

 

 

Product Availability

 

As a rule, indications about the availability of products are provided to you when your order is placed. On an exceptional basis, a product may however become temporarily unavailable after your order has been placed, and in such a case we are committed to informing you of this via email within 8 days and letting you know of the waiting time to receive this product. If you wish, you can request the cancellation (reimbursement by transfer within 14 days) or exchange of your order by calling us on 0 370 333 1963 (free with inclusive minute packages or local rates apply), from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm, or by contacting us via email at: contactus@ricaud.com

 

 

Terms of Payment

 

The payment of your purchases is exclusively in GBP pounds. Payment is made according to the methods of payment allowed by the concerned commercial offer. Online payments are exclusively by credit or debit card (Visa, Delta, Mastercard) and you acknowledge being the cardholder

Online payment with debit or credit cards is entirely secure. The entire transaction is encrypted towards a bank validation server in SSL mode (Secure Socket Layer), making the payment completely secure. When payment is made using a debit or credit card, the transaction amount is debited when the order is placed. Please note that some banks may charge you a fee (amount usually found : £1.25) when using a Visa Debit Card, due

to an overseas transaction. Please contact your Bank if you need more information.

 In return of our engagements and to be able to satisfy you with our offers, we ask that you respect the delay of payment corresponding to your order form. Our payment terms are hence compulsory. In case of a delay despite the acceptance of your parcel, you are liable to a penalty up to £7.5 per month

 

Delivery

 

Your products will be delivered in a period of 8 to 10 working days at the standard delivery rate (£3.95 liable to modification), whatever the total value of your order, to the address of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. Delivery is limited to the United Kingdom. Our sales and prices are used starting in Paris. The parcels are sent to you via Royal Mail and we negotiate the fees with Royal Mail for your account.

 

Data protection

Your personal information concerning you is for our company to handle your orders, provide you with the services to which you have subscribed and send you offers. To enable you to receive offers from our partners via post or telephone, we may pass your details on to them. If you wish, you can also benefit from our partners' offers via email. Satisfied or Reimbursed – Right to cancel: 14 days to change your mind.

 

If a product does not meet your expectations, do not worry. You benefit from a right to cancel that you can exercise within a period of 14 days starting from the date of receipt, for the entirety of your order, in accordance with regulations. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel in this period, for example via letter or email. Please return your product(s) in their original package and in perfect condition to Dr Pierre Ricaud 1 Apollo Rise, Southwood Business Park, Farnborough, GU14 0GT no later than 14 days at the latest after you have informed us of your wish to cancel your order. We commit to exchanging your product or, if you wish, reimbursing you within 14 days of your request. This period can however be prolonged until we have received your product, or the proof of its posting. The reimbursement will take place according to the following methods:

- The parcel is returned in its entirety, we reimburse you the amount of the order including the delivery fees (standard home

delivery rate), the return fees remain at your own expense.

- The parcel is not returned in its entirety (you keep one of more of the items ordered), we reimburse you for the price of the

product(s) returned, the return fees remain at your own expense.

It is stated that in a particular case where the product is returned due to reasons for which we are responsible, you will

Jurisdiction and Texts

 

This contract is governed by the law of the United Kingdom. In the event of a dispute, the customer shall turn to our Customer Services to reach amicable agreement.

In the case an amicable agreement cannot be reached, British courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


Modification of Terms and Conditions

 

Dr Pierre Ricaud reserve the right to adapt or modify the present terms and conditions at any time. The new terms and conditions will, if necessary, be brought to the knowledge of the customer and will only be applicable to sales made after their modification.
